Overhearing their dad Lucas Walker being scolded as silly by their mom, the two little ones burst into laughter.
Hearing the laughter of the two children, Ivana Bennett and Lucas Walker both turned their faces.
Realizing they'd been discovered, the two little ones quickly ducked their heads back in.
"Perry? Gepard!"
Ivana called out their names.
The two little ones shuffled in one after another, heads down, from outside the door, standing in front of her.
Perry lifted his little face, his bright black eyes mischievously studying Ivana's expression.
"Mommy, we didn't mean to... eavesdrop."
"Not true," Gepard also lifted his face, correcting, "we eavesdropped on purpose."
"But we have a reason."
"Even with a reason, it was on purpose."
"Even if it was on purpose, we still have a reason."
"Regardless of reason, it's still on purpose."
...
The two little ones once again had a disagreement and began expressing their opinions.
Ivana chuckled, "So, what is your reason?"
