"Are you finished?" Ivana Bennett asked.
Bill looked at her apologetically, "Ma'am, I truly apologize, I really can't offer a good suggestion."
Ivana nodded gently, "In that case, let's have a vote! Those in favor of going to war, please raise your hands."
Anton was the first to raise his hand, followed by the young congressman beside him, and then two more congressmen raised their hands.
"Then, those in favor of peace negotiations, please raise your hands."
The old congressman raised his hand, followed by two more from the Conservative Party raising theirs, and finally, only Bill remained.
Ivana turned her face, and Bill hesitated for a moment before raising his hand.
"4 votes to 4 votes, a tie." Ivana raised her hand and lightly tapped her forehead, "Alright then, everyone, please think carefully after you go back, and we'll reconvene tomorrow at eight in the morning."
