The next second, her feet became rigid again, as if she were instantly frozen by sub-zero temperatures, just like last time. Her body could move because of inertia, and she fell over.
In front was the table, she tried to avoid it, but because her legs wouldn't move, she could only fall like that.
Even though she took precautions, her forehead was still hit by the table's corner, causing it to bleed, and the coffee she was holding spilled all over her.
