He was lying on his side, the sunlight poured in, casting a soft radiance onto his honey-coloured skin. He looked, unbelievably beautiful.
Ye Ning leaned over, smiling as she started to tease him.
Mu Yeli furrowed his eyebrows, opening his eyes.
The man who had just woken up spoke, his voice husky, laziness oozing out of him as he behaved like a stealing cat.
"What? Wasn't last night enough for you? You're waking me up so early to continue?"
"Stop it, who wants you to continue!" Ye Ning huffed.
Mu Yeli was unable to sleep any longer, he sat up, watching her.
Ye Ning asked, "Ah, those twins, are they the ones you mentioned? The ones you saved?"
"Hmm."
"They are good-looking, and so young too, rather pitiful."
"Get up, I'll have breakfast prepared."
Ye Ning had nothing much to do during the day, so Mu Yeli brought his work to the study room.
One was reading a script, the other was working. Each of them left the other undisturbed, each doing their own thing.
