But the Little Black Hands didn't have the luxury of pondering such matters now.
They seized the opportunity, not worrying if the Medium was willing. They reasoned that they needed to engage directly with these teenagers, and regardless of the teenagers' willingness, they had no other option.
This one-eyed fellow was particularly special. They hadn't noticed at first, but after discussion and experimentation, they discovered he possessed the qualities of a Medium.
This was quite unique. A Medium was somewhat like a Black Hole connecting their world with this one.
Through this Black Hole, they had established communication with the Awakening. Currently, in this world, this One-Eyed Monster served as their bridge for communication.
