"Have you agreed?" Luo'er asked with some surprise.

"Why not," Nightingale smiled and continued, "If the Headquarters were to invite me, it's not certain they'd succeed. My relationship with them is cooperative, not hierarchical..."

As she spoke, she slowly raised her head, gazing at the scenery outside the window at a forty-five degree angle, and said dreamily, "But now, I am a part of Lipei. I witness the revival and prosperity of this city, well aware of the threats it faces. I very much like this city..."
