The general idea was similar to what Zheng Fan had previously stated, but this was more detailed and included supplementary information. It showed that the author of this booklet was more meticulous and comprehensive in their planning and considerations.
Currently, the thirty thousand cavalrymen under Li Fusheng, which Zheng Fan was part of, had broken into Chuzhou City. This was arguably one of the wealthiest locations in Shu Prefecture, so naturally, they were adopting the second strategy outlined in the booklet.
