Fortunately, although at that time if Zhou Tian had collided with those adversaries, he essentially would have had no winning odds. Yet, Zhou Tian did not need to fight those enemies, as he had no intention of capturing that Deity and plants. With no compelling reason for battle, Zhou Tian abstaining from combat meant that even though his power was severely weakened, the impact was not as significant as imagined.
At least Zhou Tian had anticipated that his power would be weakened after consuming that divine shard, yet he proceeded nonetheless. If he wasn't confident, Zhou Tian would likely not have reacted in such a way.
Thus, even if at present Zhou Tian's strength seems considerably diminished than anticipated, his situation, while affected, was not dire enough to strip him of vitality.
Of course, since his actual strength was much lower than expected, encountering those Deity and plants would make defending against their attacks much more challenging than he had imagined.
