Basically, it can be said that when that True God blocked the crystal bombs from Zhou Tian, he spent at least ten times the resources of Zhou Tian. Not to mention, Zhou Tian was merely using some Magic Crystals that are readily available in the Divine Realm, while the True God was spending strategic supplies of energy that could be considered valuable even in the Divine Realm.
Not to mention that Zhou Tian's expenditure was inherently less than his opponent's, even in a scenario where resources of equal value were used, Zhou Tian would certainly outlast his opponent. After all, Magic Crystals can be purchased in any Divine City as long as one has Divine Coins. Although Zhou Tian's identity made him act a bit cautiously, it was not to the point where he couldn't buy something he wanted, given his power.
