Without a template, it's not that easy to create. But with a template as a reference, construction becomes much simpler. Element Creatures are not all constructed in the same way; different construction methods yield different results. If you mess around, who knows what you might create.
If random attempts could lead to the creation of Element Creatures, the world would be full of them.
