A manor near the capital city of Australia.
Amidst a commotion, a chubby little boy about seven or eight years old, with rosy cheeks and dressed in tiny swim trunks, dashed out of the house, sprinted on short legs, and plunged into the swimming pool.
His little legs paddled like a fish, quickly reaching the other side of the pool.
He scrambled out of the pool, running swiftly towards the opposite flower bushes, shouting, "Mom, Mom, where are you? Come back and save me, Dad wants to kill me…"
Following his cry, a woman, beautiful like a fairy, emerged from the flower patch. Though she looked hurried, she was still holding the large scissors used for pruning.
Protecting her son with one arm, she turned and yelled at the man standing across the pool, "Yan Xiaofei, you're something, huh? Want to kill our son. Did you hit our son's face? Look, it's all swollen…"
The man across the way, Yan Fei, seemed unchanged from several years ago, except for looking more composed and imposing.
