"Shino and Hinata, could you say how many shinobi there are in this place and could you find Lady Tsunade who has a large chakra reserve ?" Kakashi asked, where both are well suited for this role.
After some minutes and discussing themselves they reached a conclusion.
"We found 1500 are present here but none of them are noticeably big." Hinate said, using her sensei chakra reserve as standard.
'Yup, she hid her chakra well.' Kakashi thought, making their search a bit more difficult.
Using a photo to find her would be difficult where she can disguise herself, which is easier than lowering one's perceived chakra reserve.
If 1000 of Konoha shinobis didn't know one of the Sannin is here, then Tsuande disguise would certainly be well crafted.
So the only choice left was searching each gambling den, and found someone who has extremely bad luck since she was called the 'Legendary Sucker'.
"Let's split up, and notify using Shino bugs if anyone found her." Kakashi ordered, where Shino placed his bugs on them.
After splitting up, they each went their own ways.
Looking at the opportunity, Sasuke looked for a roadside restaurant where a couple of missing-nin was eating out.
He quickly switches his headband/ forehead protector to Iwagakure ones that had craved scratches and went inside there.
"3 Rice balls with a side of cucumber." Sasuke said, placing an order as a customer to a nearby waiter.
While it look odd that a 12 year old looking shinobi was here, they concluded he must appear younger than age suggested and they use Deidara and Itachi as example, though it mostly their false notion for not believing that anyone before age of 18 can be strong enough to defect from their village
For this false notion, Sasuke did not stand out much.
So just like any other customer, he waited for his order and hoped he wouldn't encounter any females here.
Or while they drool at his sight just like his female clients and their associates, where he sometimes wished to file a charge for harassment in Konoha, they might notice his actions.
Pulling out stimulant laxatives he found on the Naka shrine underground floor, he crushed it and he guided it using wind chakra to the rice cooker and stovetop pot where a new batch of rice and broth was being prepared.
Now Sasuke waited for his order while concentrating.

Soon a couple of them followed suit, each rushing to the restroom.
Even the drunkard, who was sluggish, rushed to the washroom as quickly as he could after taking a bite.
Missing-nins, who did not touch their newly arrived food yet suspect that something happened to their food and threatened the cook to tell the truth of the situation.
Naturally the cook did not know and when he tasted his own food to prove his innocence, he soon went to the restroom.
Missing-nins present were furious and called out the culprit to come out for his ridiculous prank on them.
As they were not seeing the big picture.

Thanks to the combined effort of EMS and senjutsu chakra he gathered for 20 minutes, the base visual jutsu of Sharigan was enough to freeze them in place while looking at their memories.
Like he predicted, senjutsu chakra does enhance his genjutsu by a mile, making it easier to trap them in genjutsu.
After freezing and extracting information from the cook who last came here, he cancels Genjutsu while erasing any memory of seeing him.
It was now a cheat Sasuke can now utilise thanks to EMS and Senjutsu chakra, making it easier for him to gain information without being caught by higher ups.
But the real gold mine was finding and accessing the black market.
It was the best place for getting the latest rumour and intel, while buying things that would not be possible and Sasuke had a plan of using it.
After leaving the restroom with others, he heard commotion outside.

"Watch where you are going!" The drunk women yelled at him, still chugging boozes well past her limits
Quickly he apologised, not wanting to draw attention.
But after looking at her face, he quickly notified the bugs, while following the drunk women in the shadows.

"Damm it! I shouldn't have bumped into that brat!" drunk Tsunade growled while slamming the table.
Shizune, her assistant, was calming her down while Kakashi and his team were waiting for her to sober up.
'No idea how that kid found me.' Tsunade thought, wondering who was the kid who managed to find her.p
She assumed he did belong to any clan as he lacked a clan symbol.
Though it was because Sasuke strong desire not to be a walking target, where
he even doesn't say his full name to clients, excusing it to be trivial for them to know.
So information about the last Uchiha in Konoha was not well known in the Land of Fire.
After several minutes, Tsunade sober up with a furious face, guessing why Kakashi came.
"Why you come here?! I told that old man I have no interest in coming back."
Kakashi sighed and cut to the chase:" A month ago, Koharu Utatane, one of the councilors of Konoha council, who was also the head of the Medical-nin department and vice head of the Sensory department was killed."
Tsunade, who was drinking water to clear out her throat, spit out.
She did not think one of the lich would finally die, especially during peacetime.
Kakashi continued:" Due to no suitable alternative, Lord 3rd proposed to make you the new head of the Medical-nin department."
Tsuande, after hearing it, declined, still having the same stance of not returning.
She had no attachment to this place.
It was no longer a village she was comfortable leaving.
Even if one of the lich was dead, two more were there.
Kakashi however predicted it, mischievously smiled at Tsunade that frightened Shizune: "How about Lady Tsunade, why not settle it with a bet?"
"Condition is simple, two of the Genins here will try to fight you."
"If they manage to impress you, then you return back to the village."
"If they fail at it, then the 3rd Hokage will give 10 million ryō and won't bother you ever to come back again."
