(Gaya, I hope you are prepared~) I said playfully.
[Hmgh, I am always prepared] Gaya said in an excited tone.
[But...I think you are the one who needs some time to prepare. Did you forget that you don't have any chakra left after training nature transformation?] She asked.
(Ohh...You are right, I forgot about that...Well we just need to do it without chakra for now) I said.
Then I started walking towards an open area of the training ground and said-
(Now, Absorb the gravity around me by around 90%.) I said.
[Here. Done.] She said as I felt my feet lift from the ground for a few seconds before coming down towards it again.
I felt really light at this moment just like I had imagined myself to become after the loss of gravity. I smiled as excitement boiled in me. There was this thing that I really wanted to do from my high school days. And now when that thing was within my grasp, I couldn't help but get excited.
I bent down a little and pushed myself upwards with as much force as I could muster...and found myself flying through air! I looked down to see that I had jumped even higher then most of the trees around the training ground. I smiled as I started to fall down slowly. Once I touched the ground I again launched myself upwards.
"HAHAHA!" I laughed in excitement as I kept jumping around for a while like a child given a new toy.
After a few minutes my excitement calmed down as I stopped jumping around.
[Had fun, KID?] As soon as I stopped jumping I heard Gaya ask me in an teasing tone.
(Yeah, A little.) I said smilingly.
[A little? More like a little too much!] Gaya said, again teasingly.
(Well, Let's get back to what we were doing earlier, okay? So...What should we do next...) I said as I started thinking about what else Gaya could do. What exactly were Gaya's abilities? I know that there are some kind of Absorption ability and a search ability but what else was there?
(Umm...Gaya, Do you have any other abilities or function, other then search and absorption?) I asked, Thinking that she might have some other ability hidden away since she had hidden her storage ability from me before.
[...Well there are more abilities then these two that I can use and, I could tell you a few of them but I guess it's better if you write them instead. Head home for now, You can just come back here after we are done] She said making me wonder why she wanted me to write her abilities instead of telling me directly but I just followed along with her instructions.
I soon arrived home as I brought a book and a pen from the drawer in my room and sat on the bed as Gaya started telling me about her abilities and I started writing them.

1. THE SEARCH (??? Rank):- Allows the user to search for EVERYTHING, EVERYWHERE, Discreetly. It requires Energy/ Points to use. The points charged when using search varies based on- (1) How big the area where search is being used, (2) If a different dimension then where the user is, Is also being search. (This contains storage seals.) (3) The strength of the individual The Search is being used on.

2. Energy Absorption (??? Rank):- The user of this ability can absorb all energies and use the absorbed energy as they see fit. Currently this ability is solely used for the ability-THE SEARCH. In one second, the user can absorb a maximum of 500,000 points worth of energy through this ability.

[To let you know that I have Three more abilities AND I am not the Useless Gaya you are calling me lately] She said sounding haughty.
(Well, If you are being useless then you are useless. I can't do anything about that.) I said annoyed by her haughtiness.
[I am not useless and I was not useless! Did I make that clear? It was you who isn't making use of me correctly!]
(What do you even mean I am not making use of you correctly? There was nothing to even use there! I couldn't even use Search function properly and that was the only function I knew of) I asked as I tried to stop my tone from going too high. what we are doing is just a small argument but it is heating up and I knew that I shouldn't heat it up too much.
[...First off, Don't treat me like a system! And second, You are a freaking as*hole!] She said in a higher tone then before. I stopped speaking for a while to let her calm down. Then I started speaking in a softer tone to not seem like I am arguing.
(...Alright, I get it. I am sorry. *Sigh*...But, Now, I think I should move to finish that test that I had to do.) I said, trying to end whatever was happening And, It seems that she was also on the same page as she first stopped talking for a few seconds and then just replied-
[...Hmm.]
listening to her, I was glad that she also didn't want to keep going. Then I stood up and left the house to head towards the trainingground again. I had already recovered enough chakra to do the few tests I had to do, and looking at the sun almost setting in the distance, I asked Gaya to reduce the Gravity around me to 0%. This is what I had wanted. I wanted to fly through the air And to do that, I first have to float using 0 Gravity and then use some kind of jutsu for movements in the air.
The moment I said that, I found myself floating upwards. I moved my hands and feet here and there in hopes of stabilizing myself. It took a few moments but I was able to stabilize myself. After I was stable I channeled chakra in one of my hand and pointed it towards my left. I then tried to launch that chakra towards my left and as I did so, I found myself moving towards the right because of the recoil of launching something in space, but...with extremely slow speed.
I had expected that slow speed because the chakra I had launched did not get launched at the speed I had wanted it to. So the speed it did get launched was the speed I had traveled as well, Or that's what I think. Unfortunately, My chakra control is not nearly enough to launch my chakra more faster then that. So I can't use pure chakra for movement ability when I am floating But there is a thing that might come handy in this situation.
I formed hand signs and then held out my right hand towards my right side as I launched a small Firebullet towards the right. And as soon as I launched it, I found myself moving towards the left but...It was still moving slowly. It was faster then Using just chakra but It was only as fast as someone walking. I could use this to move around when I am flying but I can't use this in combat then because it is too slow. And I didn't know why it was so slow.
I was confused because it was not nearly as fast as I thought it would be. I had thought that the recoil from the jutsu that I had launched will be enough to send me flying but it didn't even move me at half the speed I was expecting.
(Gaya, What's going on here?) I asked completely forgetting that I had just called her useless a few minutes ago.
[...So now you need me, Huh?] She whispered something that I couldn't quite hear.
(Um? What was that?) I asked.
[Ah! N-Nothing. *Cough-cough*...That's happening because there is no recoile in using chakra. Spiritual energy is the one responsible for that. You don't have to push chakra physically to move it away from you, Right? You can manipulate chakra without touching them, you use your spirit to manipulate it. When you used the jutsu just now, The chakra came out of your hand without pushing you back. Just like blood flowing out of an injury, the chakra just flowed out of your hand and then you manipulated it with your thoughts to shape it as a bullet and then manipulated excess chakra to launch it. There was no physical recoil in all of this, only chakra recoil] She explained as I fell into thought.
(So, because I use chakra mentally, And not physically, I can't get a physical recoil through chakra?)
[No. It's just that This jutsu is made so that you don't get a recoil. Hmm...Do you remember Madara using his Majestic Destroyer Flame jutsu?]
(Yes.)
[Well...Wasn't the force behind that Jutsu enough to blow everything away? Then Why do you think Madara still stood tall when using that jutsu? He should also be blown away because there should be some recoil in using a massive jutsu like that right? But he was standing right there without even moving an inch back, Why?]
(Because Most ninjutsus don't have any ricoils...) I said like a student answering a teacher.
[Correct! most of the powerful jutsus are made like that, Without the recoil. Since with recoil they will be more harmful to the caster then the opponents]
(A/N: I don't know if I had explained it good enough or not so You can just imagine an Uchiha ninja using Fireball jutsu, Only to get sent flying through air like a rocket on fire.)
(So, I can't use chakra to fly?) I asked feeling like my new toy was just lost.
[Of course not, You can use chakra and jutsus to fly. You just need a jutsu that gives you recoil. Rasengun is one of these jutsus that gives you a recoil]
(But I can't use that to fly. Tell me a jutsu that can help me in that) I asked demandedly.
[You have to find it yourself. I don't know many jutsus anyways]
(Urg..) I said and was just about to call her useless again but stopped myself. She had just been helpful and I already wanted to call her useless again...But you can't blame me as well, After all, From a while back, whenever I asked her something she would always Tell me that I don't have enough points and start being useless. So I couldn't help but think of her as useless.
I thought for some time as what I should do about this Flying jutsu of mine. Any jutsu or techniques that could help me fly through the air, more speedily then what I had been able to would be good enough but I couldn't think of any jutsus like that. So I just decided to move to the next thing.
I asked Gaya to slowly bring me to a hundred percent Gravity again, Slowly, so that I could land on the ground again. After landing on the ground, I made a Shadow Clone with as much chakra as I could muster. Then I asked Gaya If she can convert the force that is going to be put on me into Energy and then absorb that energy at the same time...And she said yes.
'huuuh' I breathed a sigh of relief as I half expected that Gaya would say 'no' and put me into despair again but nope!
I asked Gaya to convert and absorb any force that she can when my shadow clone moves and then gave my Shadow Clone the go signal.
As soon as I gave it the signal, My Shadow Clone's fist hit my cheek...But nothing happened. There was no noice of an impact being made, My cheek also didn't hurt even thoughI had instructed my shadow clone to attack with full force. I looked at my shadow clone in confusion but seeing as there was also confusion on his face, I knew what had happened.
(Gaya, Did you absorb the impact?) I asked trying to stop my urge to shout.
