Benjamin stepped out of his black SUV, the hood glinting under the hospital lights. He adjusted his white shirt, the cuffs crisp, and his composure as still as stone.

He brought the phone to his ear.

"Let's not waste time," he said coldly. "I'm outside."

The line went dead before the person could respond. His gaze shifted toward the entrance.

His footsteps echoed as he approached the private ward—his mind not clouded with grief, but precision.

There were arrangements to make. Secrets to extract.

Hospital Hallway

The soft thud of his polished shoes echoed through the stark hospital hallway. Benjamin walked with calm command, his white shirt crisp, his expression unreadable—except for the faint storm behind his eyes.
