Lin Feng hailed a taxi and went straight to Jiahe Hotel, to the location Tang Rou had specified.
After he got out of the car, he saw Tang Rou waiting for him from afar, by the steps at the side of the hotel entrance. However, he didn't rush over because a young man in a formal white suit was standing next to her.
"Tang Rou, our fathers have business dealings," the young man said in a flattering tone. "My father's company even helped yours with several million yuan worth of business last month. We should interact more, get to know each other better. Are you free this afternoon? Would you like to see a movie together?"
He tried multiple times to stand face-to-face with Tang Rou, but she kept turning away, pointedly ignoring him, which thoroughly annoyed him.
