A few bats were swallowed up the instant Thunder Punishment erupted, but most managed to escape, gathering elsewhere and reverting to the Ghost Bat form.
Their momentum was somewhat diminished, but the Ghost Bat hadn't suffered much from that attack—its blood-red eyes held a mix of shock and suspicion, clearly not expecting Ziyun's skill to be so terrifying.

"Roar——"
With a savage roar, the Dark Demon Lion unleashed the dark flames it'd been gathering in its maw; they crashed down like a heavy cannon, engulfing Ziyun's body as a deep black light devoured him entirely.

"Boom!!"
Almost as the black light swallowed Ziyun, a violent rumble erupted from behind.
