Hyperion idly bit down on the straw, sipping the juice in small sips, occasionally glancing at Lanci.

"If there's still work to talk about, I suppose it's the performance we promised Miss Abigail. She insists you take on the role of the Governor, and then she wants me to play your co-actor."
She suddenly met Lanci's gaze, like being caught watching him secretly, so she said.
