Beside the road, Lanci and Talia were still embracing each other tightly.
"Tata, are you cold?"
Lanci asked, seemingly a bit puzzled.
Talia took a deep breath, slowly relaxing her hands that were pressed against Lanci's back, yet still allowed Lanci to hold her as if she was a delicate doll, unmoving.
In the past, she would have threatened Lanci to continue holding her if he dared.
But today, she decided to indulge Lanci.
As long as she gave in, Lanci couldn't do anything about it.
"Mm."
Talia pretended to be fragile and snuggled closer to his embrace,
"Master is cold, can you hold me a little longer?"
Talia looked up at him, speaking softly.
"..."
Lanci was unusually silent for a moment.
Though his expression didn't change, he stopped for a moment to savor Talia.
Tata's mutation today was too overwhelming for him to handle, making even Talia seem less charming.
"Of course, but won't you..."
Lanci tried to continue interpreting Tata.
"I won't sneak away first."
