From that day on, Lucas went to school every day, William would take him to school and Amanda would pick him up in the afternoon. They shared the duties so that Lucas could continue to receive attention from both of them, especially William who was rarely at home.
He would only drop him off when he was home.
"Yesterday I heard that a girl from another class approached Lucas, Lucas said she was very cute," Amanda told William as they looked in the bathroom after brushing their teeth together.
"Really? My son is starting to get interested in a girl," William chuckled in response.
"Your charm is wearing off on him, that's why Lucas' friends are mostly girls," Amanda replied as she turned to William. "Oh, looks like your thin mustache is starting to grow,"
"I guess so."
Amanda asked William to sit on the toilet while she helped William shave off his thin mustache and beard that were starting to grow. She took some shaving cream and applied it to his face then sat on his lap.
