Chapter 25 - Alex no demon volume 4 chapter 25

While Diablo was still sealed in the Reality Sealer, where the environment was a dark, void-like space, he floated within a cube-like object, trying to relax.

Diablo had a look of concern on his face as he scratched his head. He monologued to himself:

"I don't think things are going so well for everyone. With the way I'm seeing things, I'm not sure this war would be won without my intervention. To be honest, everything is going according to Ukina's plan. A few more adjustments and she is going to win.

I can easily break out of this Reality Sealer and teleport everyone to one of the ten million universes I made, or just kill Ukina. But using my full power should be out of the question—since I'd destroy the concepts of reality and existence just by thinking of using 100 percent of my power. That won't help."

He continued to monologue "I want a reality where everyone is strong individually. If I help in this war, then people will depend on me and keep calling me the strongest, and I don't really fancy that title."

Diablo then smirked.

"Oh well, I've made up my mind. I'll just let everything play out to her plan. When things are about to turn her way, I'll just intervene. It will be like pulling up a UNO reverse card.".

"Alright then, Alex and Kazuki… I leave it to you."

Meanwhile, as Zora and Mori were moving at the speed of light, they were nuking the entire city with their attacks.

Zora fired his light arrows at rapid speed, each impact creating massive explosions that wiped out entire buildings.

Mori, also moving at light speed, dodged the countless arrows while summoning his katana. He clashed blades with Zora, who turned one of his light arrows into a sword.

The effects of their fight created gigantic slashes that tore through the city.

Mori unleashed a move called "Divide Saber", opening countless portals that blasted spears toward Zora.

Zora smirked as he dodged the barrage coming at him at high speed.

"Alright, that looks fun. Now it's my turn!"

He created a barrage of giant light arrows and fired them rapidly at Mori. Mori countered with his sword, dodging and deflecting the projectiles, though each miss caused massive explosions around them.

Suddenly, Zora appeared behind Mori.

"Dooms Spear!" he called out, unleashing a giant beam that blew up the entire city. Other soliders while battering the shadow puppets were stunned, some ran to safety while the others almost got caught in the explosion. Most of the shadow puppet got caught up in this explosion and were incinerated.

After the smoke had cleared, Zora was seen breathing lightly. He muttered to himself:

"Obviously, an attack like that wouldn't have put him down. Although… it should have caused an effect."

From the smoke, Mori's voice echoed:

"Yeah, you are right. An attack like that wouldn't have kept me down—although it did stun me a bit.".

The smoke cleared, revealing Mori completely unfazed. He told Zora:

"It would take more than that to stop me."

Zora smirked.

"Well, is that so? I anticipated something like this would happen—so I set up a few traps just in case!"

Mori looked up and saw three giant light arrows falling toward him. He quickly dodged the first, deflected the second with his katana, but the third struck him head-on, causing a massive explosion.

Meanwhile, Tobi and the Shadow Puppet continued their ferocious battle. Their clashes created giant tornadoes and devastating wind currents that leveled the entire wastelands around them.

Kazui struggled to hold up his force field to protect himself and Luck.

"Hey, Tobi! I'm finding it hard here! Just end this battle already!", he exclaimed.

Tobi, still locked in combat as they clashed through the skies, replied with differently

"I'm trying—but this thing is no joke! I didn't think it would take me this long to fight this monster. Might take me a while, but I'll be fine!"

The Shadow Puppet suddenly spat a massive blast from its mouth, nearly hitting Tobi and obliterating forests and mountains in the distance.

Tobi, slightly shocked, smirked.

"Oh, you want fifty percent, do you? Don't worry—I got you."

The Shadow Puppet punched Tobi into the ground, creating a huge explosion. But when the smoke cleared, Tobi stood tall with a smirk on his face.

"Stage Two: Beast Slayer!"

His hand transformed into energy and fused with his sword. He raised the blade toward the monster.

The Shadow Puppet shuddered, sensing danger, and lunged at Tobi with terrifying speed, so fast it cleared the land beneath it.

Tobi's eyes sharpened as he pointed his sword forward.

"Re-write Bound!"

A massive beam shot out of his blade with magical circles around it, tearing through the Shadow Puppet and blasting half its body away in a colossal explosion accompanied by a raging lightning storm.

After the smoke had cleared the beast lay on the ground, half its body obliterated and the rest burnt.

Tobi exhaled, thinking to himself:

"Well, that was hard. Guess I'm the winner."

He turned his back—only for the Shadow Puppet to regenerate its destroyed body. It lunged at him again. Tobi dodged swiftly, but the creature smashed him across mountains.

Tobi regained his balance and looked ahead. His eyes widened as the Shadow Puppet began to change form—growing larger, its wings spreading wider, its claws transforming into enormous weapons of destruction with unbelievable amounts of power.

The ground trembled violently as it stomped, causing earthquakes that shattered forests and sank mountains.

Tobi smirked, unfazed.

"This fight just changed from an extremely high diff… to an impossibly high diff."
