Three days before the war, Kojin, Najenda, Shinra, and Yamamoto were seated together inside a large conference room. The atmosphere was tense, and the weight of the coming conflict hung heavily in the air.
Najenda was the first to speak.
"I think we should all just jump Ukina," she said seriously. "Right now, she is the strongest A-rank in the world, and she possesses an incredible amount of power that allows her to reach God-rank, like Kojin just said. After she fights Veronica, I don't think she'll be able to maintain that form. When Ukina comes out victorious, that's when we should all charge at her."
Lord Yamamoto folded his arms and responded calmly.
"I understand what you're saying," he said, "but I don't think Lady Shinra should participate in this fight. We've already seen how badly Ukina humbled her before. We don't want that to happen again."
Lady Shinra immediately grew irritated and snapped back "You stupid old man.", she said.
Before the tension could escalate any further, Kojin intervened.
"That does sound like a reasonable plan," he said. "However, I won't be joining you. I have other matters to take care of, and I doubt I'll have the luxury to battle alongside you. My sincere apologies."
Najenda nodded in understanding.
"That's fine. We understand. In that case, it'll just be me, Lady Shinra, and Lord Yamamoto."
—
Present Day
After the three lords appeared on the battlefield, Zodia looked slightly confused and turned to Ukina.
"Who are they?" he asked.
Ukina calmly explained, "They are the three lords of the most powerful countries in the world, the Lord of the Lightning Country. The lord of the Iron Country. And the lord of the Country of Raijin. There was supposed to be four of them, but one isn't here."
Zodia glanced at her again "Are they here for you?", he asked.
Before she could answer, Lady Najenda stepped forward and shouted loudly,
"Ukina, leader of the Dark Sign! We are here to stop you and bring an end to this war nonsense. Prepare yourself!"
Zodia tilted his head slightly.
"You are the lords of your respective countries, correct?" he asked. "If that's the case, then you must be strong. How about you fight me instead?"
Najenda frowned and leaned toward Shinra.
"Who is that man? Have we met him before?"
Shinra shook her head slowly.
"No, I don't know who he is. But the amount of energy I'm sensing from him… it's wild. It's terrifying."
Ukina then spoke again.
"You came here for me, didn't you? Well, change of plans. He's the one you'll be fighting instead. He's the final boss."
Najenda immediately began powering up, lightning surging violently around her body. Her hair transformed into pure yellow lightning, and her cape followed suit along with her arms turning into lightning class.
"I don't know about you two," she said, "but I'm going full power from the start."
Lady Shinra began cloaking her fists with intense energy.
"Same here. I don't know who this man is, but I can tell… he's the one who wiped out our entire army, along with the hundreds of warships we sent."
Lord Yamamoto narrowed his eyes.
"Such power must not be ignored."
Najenda unleashed a massive lightning attack toward Zodia, causing an enormous explosion that erased mountains instantly. Zodia leapt into the air, only to see thousands of gigantic lightning bolts racing toward him.
He began flying at top speed, easily dodging and weaving through the incoming bolts. Each lightning strike detonated upon impact, creating massive nuclear-scale explosions that wiped out countless mountains and scorched the wasteland.
As Zodia continued flying, Najenda suddenly descended toward him at light speed, a lightning bolt condensed in her hand.
They collided mid-air, sending both of them crashing toward the ground and creating a massive explosion of lightning. Zodia quickly grabbed a sword from the ground and used it to clash with Najenda's lightning, which had taken the form of a blade.
The two began clashing repeatedly, exchanging blows while displaying refined swordsmanship.
As the fight continued, Najenda thought to herself,
"Using a normal sword to combat my lightning… and he's keeping up with my speed effortlessly. Who is this man?!"
They carried the fight back into the sky as Najenda fired multiple lightning bolts at Zodia.
"Now die!" she growled.
Zodia simply flew through the air, dodging and weaving through every attack with ease.
While avoiding the lightning, he noticed a massive mountain falling toward him. He flew out of the way and landed briefly, only to see even more mountains and huge chunks of land collapsing in his direction.
Zodia took off again, cutting through several mountains with his sword as he moved.
Suddenly, Shinra appeared above him, her fists overflowing with energy. She slammed a powerful punch into Zodia, sending him crashing toward the ground.
Zodia blocked the strike with his palm, completely unfazed.
Shinra followed immediately, her energy surging even higher.
"Energy Fist: Rapid Flash Fist!"
Gigantic, mountain-sized fists of energy formed in the sky and began raining down rapidly. Each impact caused massive explosions capable of wiping out entire countries.
Zodia ran at high speed, dodging the falling fists effortlessly.
In an instant, Shinra appeared directly in front of him and detonated an energy bomb at point-blank range, causing another devastating explosion.
Zodia appeared behind her and spoke calmly and uninterested.
"Too slow."
Shinra turned around "He dodged me?!" and launched another energy bomb, but Zodia casually slapped it aside, destroying a massive portion of the battlefield. Zodia and Shinra began to go blow for blow with one another, moving and jumping accros the battlefield as they tried landing devastating blows and powerful hits at one another. As the fight went on, Zodia thought to himself "She's strong and forcefull.".
A smirk grew on his face, he gathered energy into his fist "IF THAT'S THE CASE, I'LL DESTROY YOU WITH MORE FORCE!", he exclaimed in his head. Zodia fired a powerful beam at Shinra, sending her flying across the battlefield "HAHAHA!", Zodia laughed.
Zodia turned his attention forward—
Three massive Buddha statues that stretched up to twelve-thousand feet into the air made entirely of metal stood before him, each wielding a gigantic axe.
