"What the? Didn't you say you consumed most of your Chakra?" Jiraya asked.
"Yeah, but did you forget what I have inside me? I can refill my chakra. Though he can't release most of his Chakra at once. It takes time to refill my Chakra to the max." Naruto replied.
Jiraya got serious and asked.
"How much control do you have over Kyubi's Chakra?"
Naruto thought for a moment and said.
"I don't know. I could use the Four Tails Chakra Cloak. But, if I use Four Tails Demonic Cloak, then I might lose my mind."
Jiraya was stumped for a moment. He didn't expect Naruto to master the Four Tails Chakra Cloak. But he also didn't understand what Chakra Cloak and Demonic Cloak meant.
So, he asked.
"How do you differentiate Chakra Cloak and Demonic Cloak?"
Naruto thought for a moment and instantly released Nine-Tails Chakra. At first, Jiraya was cautious, but when he saw Naruto calm, he didn't retreat.
A red chakra cloak covered his body. Three tails of Chakra appeared behind him, and two fox ears appeared on his head. All of it was made out of his Chakra.
"This is Chakra Cloak, or I also like to call it Version One Cloak. In this form, my Taijutsu, ninjutsu, and overall strength are boosted by ten times."
"Of course, that boost depends on how much tail I am using and how much stronger I am. When I fought against Zabuza, I got around fifteen to twenty times boost with the Three Tails Cloak."
"But, right now, I can only feel the Ten Times boost. The stronger I get, the less boost I will feel. But of course, his Chakra works as an amplifier, so if I unlock more tails, I can get bigger boosts."
With that being said, Naruto pulled back the Chakra Cloak.
"So, that's why you were able to fight against Zabuza?" Jiraya asked.
Naruto nodded.
"Even now, I don't have enough strength to fight Zabuza without using his Chakra. Though if I continue to train for this month, I might reach that level."
"And, we will do our best to get you there. Right now, if you want to fight a Kage, not only do you need Kyubi's Chakra, but you also need to refine your skills."
"I have seen you using Boil Release, and we will refine it. But when you try to fight against a Biju, you need summons to distract him while launching powerful attacks."
"So, I will not only teach you Rasengan but also other Jutsu that use your and Toad's strength to create devastating attacks."
"By the way, you still haven't mentioned your Demonic Cloak? Do you not want to use it right now?"
Naruto's expression changed as he said.
"Of course not! Demonic Cloak releases a massive amount of hatred attached to his Chakra. It peels out my skin and covers me with a thick coating of Chakra."
"It does increase my defenses and even offensive Taijutsu, but I can't use any Ninjutsu in this mode. But, it does have a big trump card. According to Kyubi, I can use Tailed Beast Bomb in this mode."
Jiraya's expression also drastically changed.
"It's a good thing that you know. If it is that dangerous, then we shouldn't use it. Just rely on your Chakra Cloak to get enough strength to fight Kage. Of course, to do so, you must master a powerful Jutsu."
Jiraya spoke with a serious expression. Suddenly, he took out a balloon with water inside and said.
"You are smart, so I believe you can finish it quickly. Use your Chakra to rotate the water inside the balloon and destroy it. Remember, you need to spin the water."
Naruto took the water balloon and remembered the Rasengan that he used in the future.
It was a blue sphere that kept spinning. It grinds anything it touches. The power behind it would be immense, but he didn't know how to start it.
But now, he finally understood the starting point for that Jutsu.

It was to spin his chakra into a circular form so that when he forms the regular Rasengan, he can use its spin to grind his enemy.

After thinking for a moment, he nodded his head and started focusing his Chakra inside the balloon. Because of his Water Mastery, he was easily able to put his chakra into that water.
But he didn't use Nature Transformation. Instead, he continued to move his Chakra through the water medium. As his Chakra began to spin, the water balloon began to wobble.
The faster its rotations got, the more it began to shake.

Suddenly, the water balloon could no longer stop the rotation, and water came out like a disk
Jiraya's eyes almost fell from his sockets. But soon, he noticed something.
"You are doing one thing wrong. The Chakra should spin all around the water balloon. Instead, it is simply spinning in a circle, creating a disk. This is not how Rasengan works."
"Oh! Why didn't you say so before?" Naruto rolled his eyes and focused on another water balloon. This time, instead of spinning his Chakra like a disk, he started rotating his Chakra all around, at the same time.
This rotation went from middle to top and bottom to sideways. This created a strong sphere of water that was constantly moving inside the balloon. It began to show some ripples as Naruto poured more Chakra into it.
Because of his intense training with Boil Release, he wasn't feeling any kind of strain on his wrist or hand, even though this was quite a troublesome Jutsu to master.

A few seconds later, the water popped out of the balloon, and unlike before, it simply fell all over them.
"Wow! You did it." Jiraya's eyes were widening. He was secretly thinking about Naruto's rotation. Unlike his father, Naruto would have better rotation if his Chakra rotated from right to left.
So, he was expecting Naruto to fail for a while and then ask him for the tip.
'Sensei told me that he wasn't as talented as his father but relied on hard work and a training shortcut to get stronger. But, it turned out some talents are just waiting to be revealed.'
'Could he also possess the talent to practice Flying Thunder God Jutsu? I need to look for that.'
"Alright, so what's the next step?" Naruto asked as he continued popping a few more balloons.
"Well, I didn't expect you to master the first stage so fast, but I am glad you did it. Since I had the material for the second stage ready."
Jiraya chuckled and took out a rubber ball. Instead of displaying how it is done, he passed the rubber ball to Naruto and explained.
Unlike the first stage, you need a lot of power in this stage. Remember, this stage is a hundred times harder than the first stage because of the requirement of Chakra and force behind the rotation."
"You are a smart kid. I believe you can master it soon."
While Jiraya was complimenting him, Naruto was thinking of something else.
'So, this is where the grinding power of Rasengan comes from. No wonder I wasn't able to master it before. Rasengan required two kinds of training. First would be rotation, and then it would be power.'
'Of course, since the ball is a sphere, all of my power would remain in a sphere form. But to fully master this move, I need to release that power and then contain it. I believe that's the third stage and the final stage to master Rasengan.'
Naruto held the ball tightly in his hand. Normally, it would be hard to master the second stage for most people.
Naruto wasn't a genius like Minato or Itachi or even Kakashi, that's for certain. But what he had was a mind he developed after using the Shadow Clone Technique a thousand times.
He has understood how he could use separate steps of other training in this or any other training.
And that's exactly what he needed right now.
Boil Release combines Fire and Water Release. But, Water and Fire are incompatible, so you would need to combine them through a different process.
And, this process is known as the Boiling Process.
By constantly heating the Water Chakra with Fire Chakra, you would need to push the temperature of the Water Chakra to an exact point where Water doesn't evaporate but still retains the temperature of a boiling point.
That needs an immense level of concentration on a single point. Because you do not want the temperature to exceed the boiling point and lose all of that Water Chakra by evaporating it, nor do you want it to be cold that it doesn't retain its boiling point.
So, to keep your Water Chakra at such a temperature with your Fire Chakra, you need an intense level of concentration. And, this was exactly the thing that Naruto needed for this exercise.
By concentrating all of his Chakra in the middle of his Palm, he began to channel that Chakra inside the rubber ball and rotate it. No matter how much Chakra he puts into the ball, his concentration doesn't waver.
Bang!
Ten seconds later, the rubber ball explodes in Jiraya's face.
