Tonight Salwa was in the woods practicing all alone, the forest was very quiet, no creatures no monsters she was all alone. She felt someone behind her, she turned and saw her sister Ishaly.
"Wow I see that you are preparing yourself"
"What do you want Ishaly?" Ishaly sat on the stone.
"Why can't I come and have a sister chat with my sister?" Salwa started laughing.
"Since when did you ever consider me your sister, You hate me Ishaly"
"That was long time ago, we have 17 hours until the execution, whatever you plan on doing Sister, don't do it let fate take place tomorrow"
"That's why you came all the way here Ishaly? To tell me that? Well I think you of all people know that nothing can stop me from saving Milan. Anyone who stands in my way will die tomorrow tell your friends that"
"Well that's the thing I told them, but you won't be facing any of them tomorrow, You will face me instead" Salwa was shocked hearing that.
"Then let it be the second battle between us Ishaly" Ishaly stood up. She took out her swords and pointed up the sky while creating a light. Salwa was surprised. It was a vow of battle fighting until one dies.
"What?, are you afraid to die Salwa?"
"No, I'm afraid I will have to kill you dear sister" Salwa accepted the challenge by doing the same thing.
"See you tomorrow sister. Prepare well" Ishaly flew away. Salwa was shocked.
In the village Tine was standing outside all alone staring at the place where Milan will be executed. It was filled with woods and a hanging rope. Everything was ready, Caroline was standing inside the house staring at her sister. She was shedding tears.
Jason woke up he saw Milan was staring at him he was shocked.
"Are you trying to scare me beast?"
"No, I'm just surprised you sacrificed yourself for me, and now, we are in the cells together"
"You know If I were you, I would have do my last prayers"
"I never do prayers Jason, I believe everything happens for a reason"
"You have few hours left to live, use them wisely"
Early in the morning, the other day, no shop was opened in the market. People were preparing themselves to witness the death of the beast.
Harry was in his room wearing his hunting clothes and gear up. The execution was taking place at 12. Ishaly was gearing up and sharpening her swords and knives. Elijah walked to her.
"Don't give me that look Elijah, I'm not gonna die today, only Milan and Salwa will"
"You cannot guarantee that"
"Then I promise you my love, I will come back to you safe and sound" Ishaly kissed him. Najah and Hannan showed up prepared.
"Good luck guys" They all walked outside and went their separate ways. Elijah, Najah and Hannan went to the village.
Later on 11:30 The guards and Tine showed up to the cells Jason and Milan saw them.
"Well I guess this is it then." Milan said while staring at Jason.
"You have to be calm beast, any attempt of anything suspicious we will kill you on spot, you have the right to remain silent" Tine said to him.
"Do what you have to do Chief" Milan offered his hands without pressure as he was chained. They were taking him away.
"Tine please I have a favor to ask" Jason spoke. Milan turned to face Jason.
"Don't worry you will be released as soon as he's dead"
"No, I didn't know Milan like you did, but I did fight beside him as a fellow comrade before, please allow me to attend his execution" Tine laughed and turned to him.
"So that you can try to free him? Am not stupid Jason"
"I promise you that will never happen, as a comrade please honor that, You will chain me from the start to the end. I won't attempt anything, please" Tine ordered the guards to take him too, he was also chained. They started walking outside the village heading ti the market. People were shouting (burn the beast).
Milan was quiet all along as he felt something strange among the people. Caroline and Harry were standing witnessing everything.
In the forest Salwa was running very fast heading to the village. While she was about to finish the woods and enter the Village she saw Ishaly standing waiting for her. She stopped.
"You are late sister"
"I woke up early today and waited for you, I thought you ran off?" Salwa asked
"You know me well that I don't run away from the fight" Salwa started laughing.
"So this was your plan, you waited the last moments so that you can stall me away"
Ishaly took out her swords and prepared to fight.
(Crowd shouting in the village they heard that)
"Looks like Milan is on the stage ready to be executed" Salwa wanted to rush in the village, Ishaly hits her very hard on the chest as she fell off. She stood up and turned her eyes into wolfs she was ready to fight. They started fighting. In the village Milan was brought up on the stage. People were shouting for him to be executed. Jason was standing guarded by three guards. Tine stood in front of the villagers.
"Hello my people, The day has come for us to burn the beast. He brought nothing to our lives but pain, now I promise you this will be as an example for every monster out there, let the word be known we are not afraid of monsters" People were cheering for their chief. The fire was set it was very huge Salwa and Ishaky saw that. Salwa was fighting while wanting to go Ishaly kicks her hardly, Salwa took a sword and scratched Ishaly's left leg while holding her down.
"You lose Ishaly" Ishaly smiled
"You let your guard down" Ishaly was holding a sword into Salwa's chest. She stabbed her very hard. Salwa fall down on the grass. She was bleeding and out of breath. Ishaly stood up.
"When we were training, you always tell me never let my guard down" Ishaly wanted to walk away.
"Finish me Ishaly, don't start what you can't finish" Ishaly turned to face her she was shedding tears.
"Don't worry, my swords contains poison you only have 2 hours to live, you better pray sister" Ishaly walks away.
"I'm sorry Milan, for everything,I tried" Salwa closed her eyes.
