It's the Earl of Rong City and Madam bringing the Crown Prince Xia Chujie and a group of people from the Earl's residence to kneel and pay respects.
Xia Chujie and the Madam of the Earl's Residence kneeled on either side of the Earl of Rong City, preventing him from suddenly collapsing while kneeling.
