Thinking of this, Hasa's face darkened further. They only wanted to catch some prey to bring back; why does it have to be so hard?

"The Elks are manageable; our tribesmen can handle them. But with those Desert Wolves added to the mix, are you suggesting we serve ourselves up as their food instead?"
"Enough, shut up!" Frustrated by the argument, Hasa turned back and barked a reprimand. The Orcs immediately quieted down.
"Go send word to your captain, tell them to retreat for now and not proceed further." Hasa's eyes darted about as if he'd thought of a good idea; he turned to the Orc next to him and gave the order.
