Just as he was feeling a bit awkward about apologizing to the old Shaman, his attention was caught by something under the beast skin.
He squatted down excitedly and pulled out a handful of hay from beneath the old Shaman's beast skin mat. "Shaman, does your tribe have more of this hay?"
The old Shaman raised an eyebrow as he looked at the item in the young Orc's hand, then glanced at him. "Are you saying this can be used as food for the twin-humped beast?"
The young Orc nodded vigorously with excitement. "Yes! This type of hay is one of the foods that the twin-humped beasts really enjoy.
If we feed them some of this, they won't keep making noises."
Since he'd put it this way, there was no reason for the old Shaman to refuse, especially since this concerned the safety of the tribe members' lives.
One of the Orcs nearby came over to lift the old Shaman's beast skin mat, while the young Orc crouched down and gathered the hay scattered on the ground.
