This Eagle Eye skill of hers is quite special; it's the improved spell she got from Lady Triss during the Cardman City disaster event. It's much more powerful than the usual Eagle Eye skill, with exceptional stealth effects and the ability to apply observation marks. The specialized scout Yan Song has tried several times to buy this spell at a high price, but Lumina never sold it.
Not because she's noble-minded, but because this spell is a secret of Lady Triss, and Lumina wouldn't dare teach it without the Duke's permission.
