Of course, Chen Mo's journey to this point wasn't risk-free. He had just subconsciously chosen to ignore those risks. Under normal circumstances, if anyone else had tried to travel this far, they wouldn't have even made it a tenth of the way before being slain by an illusion beast. Even so, considering the potential rewards, the risks indeed seemed much less significant. Whether there were any other hidden dangers would only be known once Chen Mo returned after collecting all the gifts.
After bidding farewell to the remnant of Serene's consciousness, Chen Mo did not rush to leave the Grave of Gods. After all, he had come here with a mission to complete. He had yet to find the bodies of the individuals related to the quest, so how could he possibly leave just like that?
