All of them had stood up. The president extended his hand. "Still, I think I haven't said this, but congratulations, Mr. Clovis, for reaching Tier 6."
Before reaching that point, Clovis still had one more question in mind. "By the way, what about the travel restrictions?"
Clovis never had any travel restrictions. Then again, he wasn't a Tier 9 human, so restricting his travel would be the same as restricting his potential.
The president simply smiled. "There won't be any travel restrictions. In fact, a special law is about to be formed about it. We won't restrict your travel, but you have to pass the message before the travel so that we can handle everything else, preferably 1x24 hours before the departure, unless it's an emergency.
"Even after you reach Tier 9, it will be the same. However, if the country is in danger, you have to do your best to return and protect it."
