Swoosh!
Alden dodged to the side. The poison splashed on the wall.
The snake swung its tail again, not giving Alden time to regain his foothold.
Clang!
Alden blocked the tail, but the force smashed him into the wall.
"Cough!" He coughed out blood.
Swoosh!
Swoosh!
Wind blades rained on the back of the snake, each inflicting a swallow wound, but not enough to affect the snake.
"Hisss..." The snake jumped at Alden, revealing its sharp, poisonous fangs, threatening to bite Alden's head off.
"Damn!" Alden dealt with the pain and swung down his sword.
Clang!
The sword collided with the left upper fang of the snake.
"Aghh..." Alden groaned as he struggled to keep the snake by. The snake pushed forward with all its body weight, slowly pushing Alden's sword back. Alden's right hand bulged up as he used all his strength to force the snake back, but it was futile. He could not muster enough strength with one arm to push it back.
"Hisss..."
