But Jian Yufei was still in great pain; the antidote had no effect on her.
She rolled on the ground, constantly letting out piercing screams.
"It seems the experiment was successful, the antidote doesn't work, we might as well inject her with another dose." A doctor standing by the side said.
On the night they captured Jian Yufei, they extracted her bone marrow to produce a new antidote.
The new antidote hadn't been used on Jian Yufei yet, so they didn't know if it would work.
If it didn't work, their experiment would be a failure.

Doctor Aide nodded, received the new antidote handed over by another doctor, and injected it into Jian Yufei's body.
Jian Yufei's pain gradually lessened, and her eyes regained focus.
