Xavier's muscles tensed as the surge of power ran through his veins like fire.

His breathing steadied, and the tremble in his hands vanished. The pain that had been feeling in his arms dulled to nothing.
All his senses cleared simultaneously. The heaviness in his arms disappeared as his body felt lighter, his sense sharper and he had laser focus.
Tiger noticed the change instantly, his eyes narrowing as he noticed something different about Xavier's body.
"Ohh, something is different right?" he asked, cracking his knuckles again, his voice still carrying that wild excitement. "This might actually be fun."
Xavier didn't answer. He didn't need to.
He moved.
In a blink, he appeared right in front of Tiger, and the sound of their clash echoed through the battlefield.

Tiger's gauntlets met Xavier's sword in a metallic crash, but Xavier didn't yield this time. His feet remained planted, his stance firm, and his eyes didn't waver.
