"Once your ship is tethered, the boarding ship will arrive in ten minutes. Make sure that everyone who is disembarking is ready by then. The boarding ship will only wait for a minute before it returns back to the station."
I swiped the screen away, ignoring the mechanical voice that has been repeating the same message every two minutes.
I've learned that there were so many ships here that they were unable to let every ship dock with the station because of how popular the exhibition was.
Their solution was therefore to have visiting ships 'tethered' to the station using tractor beams and sending out boarding ships to dock with visiting ships and bring the visitors to the station instead.
That's why all of us were waiting in the cargo bay for the boarding ship to reach our ship so that we could get to the station.
