Theresa was quite thorough in her guide through the station.
We were shown where the mess hall was, where the recreation rooms were, the training hall, the gym, the virtual simulation room, the laboratory, the workshop, their own Archive room and finally where our rooms would be.
It seems like they split up where each staff would stay so pilots were given a specific area to sleep in while the other staff members of the station were also given their own area to sleep in.
And if you want to have night activities with your co-workers… You can put in a request to move into another room that you can share with them.
I wondered why they would go this far for something like this until Ries whispered to me that they were doing this so that the staff here are incentivised to stay.
