Raven took Ruso back to his room in the inn. Ruso had offered to return to his home where they could talk, but Raven had declined for his own safety. It could be a trap, after all.
"My name is Ruso Stone. I am a descendant of the Bone General of the ancient Demon King. After managing to escape the war, we changed our identities and blended in. My ancestor had passed down this Chaos Pendant and told us to wait for the signs; we would know them when they came." Ruso explained as soon as he and Raven ensured that no one could spy on their discussion.
"And this Chaos Pendant had a reaction when we crossed paths at the tavern." Raven held his chin in thought, putting together what he knew and the current information he had gotten from Ruso. He had many more questions, but he knew that what he had gotten so far was enough to confirm one thing.
He was the Demon King's Incarnate.
