Alex heard that Claire just came out from the bathroom and his thoughts has started going astray
'Shit!', he groaned inwardly, 'what a temptress, she just knows which buttons to push' .
"Sweet pea you really are something else", that's all he could say cause he could feel his body heating up.
"Is that a good thing?", Claire asked in a tiny voice biting her nails a little. If Alex had seen this sight he might not even be able to handle himself anymore
" Everything about you is a good sign sweet pea. I will leave you to get dressed don't forget to have your dinner , alright bye then" , Alex said trying to end the call cause his mind was already in shambles
"Bye", Claire said and ended the call . She lied on the bed facing the ceiling suddenly she giggled cause she imagined Alex's face looking so lovingly at her . She rolled around giggling to herself .
She went downstairs to eat , found out her mom was not home again
" Where does she always go to this late" , she just went to the kitchen carried her food and went back up to her room

In the unknown room,
"marlevette , why have you called me here again, make sure that whatever you have got to say would be worth it "
The woman called marlevette started shivering because something worth his time was the last thing she brought to him.
" Mi'lord, there was nothing I could do she has returned the book but we could still get it" , she said even managing to make a small smile thinking her suggestion is better than nothing
"Marlevette", he drawled her name
She shuddered she lost her smile ,' does he want to kill me now, but he has never done the killing with his hand and his pets are not even here I.. ',she was still thinking when she heard the growl behind her . Her knees buckled she knelt down crawling close to the man
"Forgive me mi'lord, I tried my best there was nothing I could do", she begged bowing her head repeatedly she could hear the growls coming close, she grabbed the man's foot
"Please I'm begging, I will try my best I don't want to die yet" , she pleaded tears and snots already full her face
" Yes I also have a great news she has a boyfriend and am not sure he is her mate and you know if she falls in love once she can never love again" , she rambled saying whatever comes to her mind that could keep her alive .
There was silence After marlevette finished talking even the growling stopped, suddenly he started laughter maniacally.
Marlevette was startled she wanted to laugh with him but decided against it before she commits another problem .
"Tsk tsk tsk ", he clicked his tongue with a sinister look on his face ,
"oh sweet baby at last you are still as dumb as your mother, that spares me all the trouble ha! ha! ha ! ", he laughed again
He stopped laughing, looking at marlevette
" Try and get the book", he then turned to his pets
"I want you to make sure she looses her sanity and starts questioning life. Also, even if it's a strand of her hair you could touch or her skin, make sure to read whatever you could find I want to know everything now everyone leave", he ordered and everyone disappeared .
He continued looking at nowhere imagining the future he so badly wanted to have at the tip of his fingers , he laughed more maniacally .

The next day claire woke up and started to prepare for school. After bathing and dressing up she went down to make her food, cause the last time her mom didn't come back early she had to go to school hungry .
Just as she was about to enter kitchen to make breakfast her mother came out from the kitchen smiling , Claire startled patted her chest
"Mom you're back "
"Yes I am sorry I left last night again. There was an emergency that I needed to handle, You are ready for school right", she changed the topic skillfully
"Yes I was about going to make food"
" Alright go sit down I will get your food"
" Ok mom", Claire smiles going to sit down in the dining
Ding! Her phone message rang she checked, it was from Alex . 'Why did he park that place again he can come close oh well whatever', she shrugged off the thought and started eating . After eating she packed her plates, she thanked her mom and went up to her room to grab her bags. She rushed down " Bye mom alex is waiting for me", she pecked her mom already turning to leave
"Oh the new guy" , she teased
Claire blushed ," stop it mom", she blushed and left.
When she reached where Alex was she saw him smiling already waiting at the side of her own door , that was a magnificent sight for Claire . She blushed
"Good morning "
"Good morning sweet pea , are we ready to go" , he was totally enjoying her shy face .
She nodded.
He opened the car door for her, after she sat down he closed the door and went to enter the driver's sit . He looked up to Claire's house window and saw her mom standing there looking at them
Alex smirked , " this could be fun", he muttered and started the car .
