After reading his memories, he felt making him a retard was still too good for him.
This man had ruined hundreds of lives, and indirectly far more, all because of his whims and immaturity.
"So, did you get any information?"
Mingyue didn't look interested at all. To her, he was nothing more than a momentary distraction.
Alex looked back toward the tunnel. "This whole asteroid seems to come from an ancient being, at least at progenitor level."
Mingyue's eyes narrowed. "You mean this asteroid is part of their body?"
"It seems like fossilized remains," Alex said. "We should do more research, Mingyue. But be careful."
Mingyue nodded, then followed him back into the tunnel.
With the identity he took from the chief engineer, Alex moved without trouble.
He pressed his palm to a control plate.

The formation barrier above the shaft flickered once, then stabilized.
