"I'm sorry, but it seems that My Lady is tired," the maid said. "I will now return her to her room."
"Wait, we're not finished talking," Misha stated.
Sherry, who was behind the maid, held her head with both hands, groaning in pain.
"Lady Sherry, what's wrong?" The maid was alarmed by the young lady's pained expression.
'You used too much of the bewitching scent,' the blue-eyed lady said to Misha through telepathy. 'The side effect is showing itself.'
'It was a mistake on my part,' Misha replied. 'I shouldn't have rushed my interrogation.'
The blue-eyed lady then moved closer to Sherry and took the scent pouch from her waist.
She lightly tapped it to release its fragrance, allowing Sherry to calm down a bit.
The pain in her head disappeared, and her mind cleared as if the haze inside her head had been lifted.
"Thank you," Sherry replied after she regained her senses. "I'll be returning to my room."
