"Boom!" In an instant, Hulk's figure shot toward Peter Parker at a speed far exceeding anything from before. Even though Peter's Spider-Sense reacted, he couldn't fully dodge and was forced to take Hulk's punch head-on. The moment Peter blocked the punch, his expression tightened—he felt the immense power behind it. With just one burst of rage, Hulk had matched his strength!
"Wow!" Both Peter and Venom were shocked. Despite having fought Hulk before and knowing that Hulk's power could continuously escalate, this time, Hulk's strength was increasing faster than they had anticipated.
"I refuse to believe it! He's just a freshly cloned guy—there's no way he has no limits!" Venom cursed, his eyes full of defiance. He then withdrew into Peter's body, intensifying their combined genetic strength. This time, Venom was determined to prove that the symbiote was the most formidable.
As the powerful force surged within him, Peter's eyes lit up, and he quickly resumed the battle with Hulk. In this more evenly matched fight, Peter could see that while Hulk's strength was overwhelming, his combat skills were no match for the ones Robert had drilled into him. With equal power, Peter could still suppress Hulk, but relying solely on his Spider-Sense to completely dominate Hulk was no longer possible.
"Boom!"
"Boom!"
"Boom!"
In the training room, as Hulk's rage grew and Venom continued to enhance their strength, the battle escalated in intensity. The noise of their fight grew louder and louder. Fortunately, Robert's telekinetic barrier contained the physical impact, preventing any damage to the surroundings despite the terrifying sounds.
"Wow, Spider-Man's gotten this strong?" Pietro commented, slightly awed as he watched Peter Parker. "If it were me, I could probably hold my own, but causing any serious harm to Hulk would be nearly impossible."
"His burst speed is impressive, but even I can't outrun him. I might even break my wrist just trying to hit him..." Barry Allen sighed softly.
"I wonder how resistant he is to telekinesis. Could I even control him?" Susan Storm mused, her eyes flickering with uncertainty.
"Peter's powerful attacks don't seem to leave any marks on him. I doubt my abilities could decompose him either," Lorna said, her brows furrowed in surprise at Hulk's display of power. Against someone with such resilience, she had no good strategy.
"So what? He might be fast, but he can't turn on a dime, and he can't fly. If it really comes to a fight, we can still stay out of his reach!" Johnny Storm admitted Hulk's strength but remained defiant.
"Stay out of his reach? Can your flames even hurt him?" Pietro raised an eyebrow at Johnny, teasing, "You probably can't even burn off his shorts. All you'd do is make him a bald, dusty giant."
"Hey, Pietro, don't provoke me. If we were fighting outdoors, sure, you might win. But here in the training room? No way you're beating me," Johnny replied confidently.
"What? Are you crazy? You think I can't beat you now? Just because you can attack from a distance doesn't mean I can't!" Pietro retorted, his eyes wide in disbelief.
"I can fly now! You think your flames can hit me? I can dodge through the gaps in your fire!"
"Big talk! What you do is barely flying—more like sprinting in the air. Just wait and see what real flight looks like!" Johnny turned his head dismissively.
"Really, Johnny? You can fly now?" Tony Stark smirked at Johnny. "Then why did Spider-Man and Venom still beat you so badly? They can't fly, right?"
"That was because I was out of energy! If I had been at full power, who knows who would have won!" Johnny's face flushed, and he began muttering about unfair advantages, showing that even if the world ended, his mouth would keep on going.
"Holy crab!" Suddenly, Morbius's exclamation caught everyone's attention, pulling their focus back to the battle between Peter Parker and Hulk.
Despite Peter and Venom continuously boosting their power, Hulk's strength eventually surpassed theirs. Hulk's rate of increase was faster than Venom's, allowing him to overpower Peter in their grapple.
However, winning in a grapple didn't mean victory in battle. Though Hulk wasn't particularly smart, he realized that despite his superior strength, he still couldn't fully suppress Peter, whose combat skills were far superior.
But Hulk, having fought Peter for so long, finally started using his brain. Just as Peter dodged one of Hulk's attacks and countered, Hulk seized the opportunity. His other hand grabbed Peter's fist, and with his superior strength, he yanked Peter toward him.
"Hmm?!" Sensing the danger, Peter aimed a punch at Hulk's chin to break free. But Hulk's other hand caught Peter's wrist, pulling him even closer.
"Boom!" Seeing both his hands caught, Peter frowned and used his legs and waist to kick Hulk in the head, hoping to use the recoil to escape. But instead of letting go, Hulk held on tightly, dragging both of them to the ground, transitioning from a standing fight to a ground battle.
On the ground, both grappling and flexibility were key. Hulk and Peter each excelled in one area, so it was unclear who would win. But things didn't go as Peter expected. What happened next shocked him—and everyone watching.
After both fell to the ground, Hulk opened his massive mouth and bit Peter!
Imagine their position: Hulk and Peter's hands were locked together, Peter's legs were on Hulk's chest, and Hulk's mouth clamped down on Peter's thigh, with a clear intent to tear more flesh!
"What the...!?" Peter's hair stood on end as Hulk bit him. Even though Venom was protecting his body, the unexpected move made Peter uncomfortable, and he instantly lost the will to keep fighting.
"What's wrong with you? It's just a bite! He didn't even bite you directly! Calm down and let me handle this!" Venom's large head replaced Peter's, cursing as he took control of the body. "This bastard bit me! Does he know I'm a symbiote? I've always been the one doing the eating—no one eats me!"
As Venom finished speaking, his form changed. If before it was Peter Parker wearing a Venom suit, now it was Venom fully in control. A black monster appeared beside Hulk, its body more flexible than ever. Instead of pulling away, Venom wrapped himself around Hulk, opening an even larger mouth to bite into Hulk's body!
Yes, Venom wasn't joking about eating people. If Hulk dared to bite him, Venom was ready to eat Hulk in return.
"Hulk!" Hulk roared in pain and anger as Venom bit a chunk of his flesh. The damage from this bite was more severe than anything else in their fight so far.
"Dare to bite Hulk? Hulk will eat you!" But Hulk was no quitter. Even as Venom's limbs wrapped around him, limiting his movement, Hulk continued biting into Venom, as if trying to out-eat him.
"Damn it!" Robert suddenly disappeared from his spot, leaving only an angry shout behind. The Avengers, who had been watching casually, were now tense, realizing that Hulk and Venom had lost control.
Sparring like this wasn't uncommon in the Avengers. Robert even encouraged it, believing that constant battle helped everyone reach their full potential and grow stronger. But sparring was different from real fights. The Avengers always held back, even when using their trump cards, never treating each other as true enemies. For instance, Johnny might have used a powerful move against Venom, but he never aimed to inflict lethal damage, even if he knew he was going to lose.
But now, Hulk and Venom were different. They were treating each other as mortal enemies, fighting to the death. This was partly because Hulk was new and not yet accustomed to the team's rules or his own limited intellect.
"Boom!" In the training room, Hulk and Venom, who had been viciously biting each other, were suddenly separated and thrown to opposite sides of the room, both landing heavily on the floor.
"Hulk will eat you!"
"Let's see who eats who!"
Despite being knocked down, the two immediately got up, their eyes filled with murderous intent as they roared and charged at each other again, completely ignoring Robert, who was now standing between them.
"Whoosh!" Suddenly, a powerful gust of wind erupted from the center of the room, sending Hulk and Venom flying backward. A terrifying pressure filled the room, pressing down on their bodies and minds, forcing them to start regaining their senses.
"Not satisfied yet? Still want to fight? Come on, fight me then!" Robert's eyes flashed with anger as his aura flared, creating an overwhelming pressure that made Hulk and Venom finally snap out of their blind rage.
"Oh no! We're in trouble!" Venom thought as he quickly retreated into Peter's body, leaving Peter to face the consequences.
"Hulk..." Hulk, on the other hand, tried to say something, but his limited intelligence couldn't come up with an excuse. He scratched his head, looking both fearful and confused at Robert.
Hulk still didn't understand why Robert had stopped their fight or why he was so angry. But feeling the pressure from Robert's aura, combined with his innate fear of Robert, Hulk finally stood still, not daring to move.
