Matthew stared at him for a few seconds without answering him, until he scoffed.
"They rule, eh. The Hill Clan that revolted against our Clan now rules the world we created and shaped with our own hands." A dangerous glint crossed his eyes.
"As the grandson of the Hill God, what you should be doing right now is kneeling in front of me and begging your forgiveness for that betrayal."
"But I understand." Matthew smiled coldly. "The Hill Clan dared to betray the man who created them; how could their descendants have remorse? How could their descendants have respect for their superiors? So, don't worry, I'll see to it myself to make you kneel."
He stepped forward and told Charlotte she did not need to move against him.
