"What happens next?"
Jiang Jiamian's attention wandered as he chatted with the system, occasionally checking on Li Zhe's current situation. While recounting the plot to Shen Muzhou aloud, his multitasking inevitably caused him to stumble.
"What happened next?" Shen Muzhou repeated.
Jiang Jiamian blinked. "Where was I?"
Shen Muzhou: "…"
He sighed softly, a hint of helplessness in his voice. "The apartment on the fifth floor."
"Ah?"
Jiang Jiamian blushed faintly. He suddenly remembered Qi Yan punishing him right outside the apartment door. He coughed lightly. "What happened next was… I pinned Qi Yan against the wall…"
Shen Muzhou didn't move.
Jiang Jiamian continued speaking enthusiastically, the words flowing freely, until he suddenly realized that Shen Muzhou was simply sitting there with his fingers resting on the edge of the table. He hadn't typed a single word.
Instead, he was staring at Jiang Jiamian with an ambiguous expression, a faint smile playing on his lips.
