4:00 AM.
Kang Chen walked out of the nightclub.
The night was deep, and in UC's winter, the temperature was much warmer than in the Empire. But even warmer, winter was still winter, and coldness was inevitable, especially pronounced in the dead of night.
The wind was strong, and the cap on Kang Chen's head was almost blown off. He pressed it down with his hand.
He glanced back at the large doors of the nightclub.
Two bodyguards stood at the entrance, yawning, while many drunken people staggered out one after another.
At this hour, the streets were nearly deserted, but the entrance to the nightclub was anything but.
Kang Chen turned back to look at the sign above the nightclub door — Deepwater Phantom.
Kang Chen smirked internally; the name "Deepwater" was indeed fitting.
The waters of this nightclub were so deep that one couldn't see the bottom.
Inadvertently, someone could fall in and drown without leaving a trace.
