"What else did the show say?"
Lan Xin Ai found it quite interesting—not that the show was interesting, but rather it was amusing that a little girl was talking about it.
"The show said, after waking up, you should drink a glass of water, eat a big breakfast, a smaller lunch, and a good dinner."
Yin Momo said earnestly.

Lan Ruowei gently touched Momo's face and then said, "But you don't need to control it now. Even if you gain weight, it's okay, you'll shoot up when you grow older. Plus, health programs are for people who are sub-healthy. Didn't your mom and dad tell you?"
