The ones attacking the Dayan Sacred Fire Dragon were a total of nine Dark Death Guards! The combined strength of these Dark Death Guards was incredibly formidable. Although there were several other magical beasts assisting the Dayan Sacred Fire Dragon, along with the Bright Heavenly Stem Apostles and Huo'er on its back, the five Dark Death Guards backed by the Dark Heavenly Stem Divine Beasts were too overpowering. Any ranged energy attacks were completely ineffective against them. In a short amount of time, it was impossible for the Bright Heavenly Stem Apostles to accumulate enough power for a top-level Super Killing Technique. Furthermore, among those currently on the back of the Dayan Sacred Fire Dragon, not even a single Nine Crown Demon Master was present.
