Cheng Xinghe looked at her, unsure of how to answer the question for a moment.
He casually replied, "Let the adjutant carry you up."
"Then I'll thank him later."
The two of them came downstairs and went to the dining room to eat; Cheng Xinghe had deliberately not eaten, waiting for her.
After sitting down, Cheng Xinghe asked, "Where's Mianmian?"
"Miss Mianmian has already gone to sleep." Cheng Xinghe hadn't come back these past couple of days, so she thought he wouldn't return and didn't wait up.
Su Wan looked at Cheng Xinghe and asked, "Aren't you angry?"
"Angry about what?" Cheng Xinghe asked, puzzled.
"About me hiding the matter of Mianmian from you." Su Wan said, "By rights, you should be angry!"
"Really?" Cheng Xinghe served himself some soup.
Since he already knew, Su Wan no longer wanted to keep it a secret.
"Before marrying you, I had a child. Even if you don't see me as your wife, you should be angry!"
