Dan frowned. "You're saying… capture the Demon King?"
"Capture him, or kill him." Wuxie's tone was simple, almost casual. "Since they dared to come out this far, it's the best chance we'll ever get. Wars aren't won by grinding mobs forever. You go straight for the boss."
Both Minjun and Dan looked at him with a mix of awe and unease.
After a silence, Dan shook his head. "You make it sound too easy. Wuxie, listen—we aren't strong enough to face the Demon King alone. Not even close. His power is said to rival the First Emperor himself. If we tell the Empress your plan, she might gather everyone's strength for a strike."
Minjun quickly added, "He's right. If you're serious, then we must inform the Empress first. Charging in now is suicide."
Wuxie looked at them both for a moment, then chuckled softly. "You two go and tell her. Rally whoever you need. But me? I'll head straight there. Someone has to keep the demons busy until the cavalry arrives, right?"
