Hanna was lucky enough to watch kisumi and makoto have matches but now came the moment to prove she wasn't the weakest in her team.
Makoto drew her sword and held it level.
Hanna had managed to give in and bought herself a ninjaken the sword was shorter than a katana like makoto's and a bit more carved than my chokuto meaning the swordbit the sword was only incase she needed it.
Hanna made the hand signs and chibiretsu transformed into a clone of Hanna.
" Let's go chibiretsu." The two dashed towards makoto and chibiretsu attacked first at least I knew it was chibi because my eyes read her chakra signature.
Chibiretsu used a combination of kicks known as the lion kick from wushu similar to the lions combination although a bit different as the combination was a mix of three spinning kicks a crescent kick a back spin kick and a hook kick.
Chibiretsus kicks met the cold steel flat of makoto's blade before makoto called out her first techniques name" Fūton: kūki-no-saku." The sword cut sent an air blade at the enemy with such force that it created a sonic boom.
Chibiretsu retreated her ears pulsing from the sword strike.
That's when Hanna appeared from above and landed a powerful rolling heel drop to makoto's skull before she used a mid air back spin kick fallowdd by another to knock makoto's sword put of her hand and then used one funal spin kick to send the blade into a wall.
Makoto smirked it was rare for her to have to use tai-jutsu but when her opponents did give her the chance they didn't live to tell the tale.
Hanna rushed makoto only for makoto to drive her elbow into the girls midsection Hanna spat a mixture of saliva and blood but smirked and she went for her inuzaka savate the combination of a jumping front kick a butterfly spin kick and a triple twist kick was a powerful move but makoto wasn't an amateur either and she blocked arch move with precision timing makoto used double palm spike knocking Hanna backwards and Hanna used a sweeper kick and a triple spin kick to knock makoto into the air before makoto realized she was only fighting one person and then it was to late as two spinning drills hit her in the front and back then both sides then from north east and south west and the other way around.
The final strike came from above and below and that was enough to put makoto on the ground but makoto pushed herself up and she managed to land next to her sword with a snap of her fingers the sword returned to her hand.
" What the." Said Hanna.
" My sword is an extension of my body so my clan implants our own chakra into our swords as to call them if their lost I must commend you not many people have the skills to best me in a sword and fist fight using only their body alone however you aren't alone are you lets see what you can down without your man beast clone.
Makoto then created a sonic vibration by driving her sword into the ground and creating a chakra pulse.
Hanna was surprised by the attack but chibiretsu went comatose.
" Now we'll see who the better sword fighter is." Said makoto.
Hanna drew her sword she had practiced for days with kakashi and I, now let's see if that training paid off
Hanna stood ready for the attack.
Makoto came at Hanna with her sword going to strike her but to her surprise Hana side stepped and went for a swipe.
Makoto shifted her weight and raised her sword in a vertical guard before she jumped back and used her style she slashed her sword sending an air blade at makoto.
" Fūton: kūki-no-saku!" Shouted makoto.
Hanna shifted her weight and called out " "Dotōn: Do-ryuu-dan!" She swing her sword down with a force of a thunder bolt sending a dragon made of rock and gravel at the air blade.
The two attacks hit one another and then to everyones surprise Hanna managed to dissarm makoto using a move similar to my elbow spike the move is called the horse splits the plow or as I have dubbed the sword move the reflecting blade.
The sword high guard and sweeping parry was enough to easily disarm those who weren't prepared for it and then when hanna used a sweeping low cut to take our makoto's legs makoto used a bike pedal kick to disarm Hanna the two then clashed in a taijutsu clash until makoto went for a hook punch which Hanna countered with a cross over step and a elbow spike to the girls chin then when she went for a punch aimed at her ribs hanna parried it with a pushing palm and countered with a powerful punch to the gut known as an exploding fist then she used a double thrust kick into a leaping crescent kick.
The combo was enough to keep makoto on her toes.
Makoto then used one move that she knew would end Hanna the sou-en-sen makoto lept back dodging Hanna's i'll conceived knee strike before leaping forward and striking Hanna in the chin with a front jumping axe kick before executing a spinning mid air crescent kick.
The combination hit the girl hard but Hanna landed and right as she landed chibiretsu had recovered enough to see Hanna be hit hard and chibiretsu came at makoto and with one well timed combination of the two they executed their perfect beast fang with a quick modification to the man beast clone the two transformed into a double headed hound and the two speared the girl with one mighty blow they ended the match.
Hanna had been taken to the infirmary along with chibiretsu while makoto was taken to the hospital since the last attack had broken her ribs.
The elimination rounds were over and I went to Hanna to congratulate her.
Mei decided that from now on the finals of the chunin exams were anyone's game.
The lots were decided Hanna inuzaka will fight kisumi, Jin will face Talon, I would confront hidzumé and the winner of the second match would go on to face whoever won Jin and talons match.
Later at ichiraku ramen kakashi and team seven along with Naruto and Hinata were enjoying a celebration feast since all three members had gotten into the finals.
" Congratulations you three now I believe I should inform you that I am training Jin for the finals since both my students are facing each other and Hayabusa is going to be training with a special sensei." Kakashi explained to his students.
" That's okay I can have tou-san train me." Said kisumi.
" As will I." Said Hanna
" Whose going to train nii-san?" Asked Naruto.
" That would be me." Said a voice from behind the trio turned to see a man with long white hair a spiked hitai-ate with the kanji for oil and warpaint under his eyes.
" Uncle jiraiya?" I said.
I hadn't seen my uncle in over two months since I was on my first mission.
" Yep so you best be ready." Said jiraiya.
"Because I'm about to train you like you've never been trained before." jiraiya added.
Elsewhere.
Jin visited maito Gai's team he had brought some candy to help junko feel better.
" Can I please speak with junko." Asked Jin.
" Go on." Said Gai.
" Junko I'm sorry about the trauma you had to experience today so I brought you some candy hoping it would make you feel better." Said Jin.
" Chocolates." Said junko with a happy voice.
" Why the sudden gift....oh ho...I see, I see." Said hidzumé.
" See what." Asked talon.
" Jin here has got a crush on junko-chan." Whispered hidzumé.
As the two conversed the next day would be the beginning of their long month of training.
So the two spent as much time with each other as they could.
" Now Hayabusa if jiraiya tries to invite you to the Hot springs just give him one of your ball buster techniques." Said Tsunade.
" Oh come on Tsunade I may be a pervert but even I wouldn't plague a kids mind." Said jiraiya.
" Don't worry kaa-san I won't fallow him to that cesspit." Said Hayabusa.
" Good...now jiraiya Hayabusa-kun already has his own personal summons so I doubt heel need the toad's summons however I won't doubt that they will want to train him."
Mei walked up to Hayabusa and kissed him on the lips.
" I'll be waiting for you when you get back." Said Mei with a smile and a wink.
" Let's go kid." Said jiraiya.
" Aight." I replied.
