The next day, Lucas's blood test report came back. He found out that he was infected with the same virus as Wyatt Perry, and furiously whipped Katie Poole with a belt.

Katie Poole held her head and cried loudly.
The belt left stripes of blood on her body, and she rolled on the ground in pain.
"Lucas, believe me, I really didn't betray you."

"Fine, let's go find Wyatt Perry right now."
Lucas yanked Katie Poole off the ground, dragging her like a dead dog.
He shoved Katie Poole into the passenger seat and drove to Wyatt Perry's company.
