Northern—or to be precise, Burning Storm—stood trapped within a labyrinthine maze of buildings. The structures had shifted and rearranged themselves, forming a bizarre architectural prison that ensnared the Shadow Enthrall's massive form.
This wasn't an isolated occurrence. Throughout the city, the same phenomenon had taken hold. The entire metropolis had transformed into some kind of colossal maze board. Even reaching this point, he'd been forced to cut through several monsters trapped within the shifting corridors.
Now he'd finally reached the Shadow Enthrall, which was using brute force to tear through the building walls. However, as it demolished each barrier, the structures rearranged themselves, seamlessly filling the gaps where walls had been destroyed.
The cycle seemed endless. But this prison could only hold for so long—eventually, the city would exhaust its supply of buildings.
