The night sky over Onigashima was crimson, lit up by flames, lightning, and explosions. The air itself shook with the weight of battle. Kaido—the so-called strongest creature alive—stood tall, his massive club resting on his shoulder. Luffy lay motionless on the shattered ground behind him, eyes rolled back, beaten senseless for the second time. Smoke rose from his body.
Kaido scoffed, spinning his kanabo lazily. "So, you're not Joyboy either… Hmph, weaklings one after another. Is that all you've got, Straw Hat?"
A shadow suddenly dropped from above, landing right between Kaido and the unconscious Luffy. Dust burst out as the ground cracked beneath the impact. When it cleared, Yuta stood there, his jacket fluttering, eyes locked on the dragon-man before him.
Yuta didn't directly faced Kaido. He looked at Luffy.
Waiting for him.
Things surely didn't went like how it did in the Manga. Luffy lost and wasn't getting up.
Kaido grinned. "Oh, finally here are we."
Yuta smirked. "Yeah, let do this. One last time."
Still waiting for Luffy. But it was clear that he was out. Not dead for god sake however, he doesn't seems like he'll be waking up anytime soon.
Yuta knew that this was cause he change the story too much. Perhaps the training and hardship Luffy went in Udon under Hyougoro was the last trigger to make his body ready for gear 5.
"HAHAHAHA!" Kaido's laughter boomed like thunder. "You've got guts, brat! But I'll crush you all the same!"
Yuta finally sighed knowing that Luffy won't be coming. So he just cracked his knuckles, his heartbeat suddenly growing louder—booming like a war drum. The sound echoed across the battlefield. His aura erupted, kicking up a massive gust of wind that sent debris flying. "Fine...Let's dance, old man."
He activated ROFA—Rise of a Fallen Angel—up to seventy-five percent, his limit. The air vibrated with his power. Blue sparks of shock energy ran across his body as the ground split beneath his feet.
Kaido lunged forward first, his club swinging down like a mountain falling. Yuta ducked, vanished, and appeared behind him with a massive shock punch that sent Kaido crashing through several buildings. The Yonko rolled across the ground, creating a trench in his wake before getting back up, laughing.
"Hah! That actually hurt! I missed this feeling!" Kaido roared, charging again.
Yuta smirked. "Good. I'll give you plenty more!"
Their clash sent shockwaves blasting in every direction. Buildings shattered, the earth cracked, and thunder rumbled above as Yuta's fists met Kaido's club again and again. Each hit caused mini-explosions, the air vibrating with power.
From far away, Law grumbled as he fought Big Mom alongside Maki and Kid. "What the hell is going on over there?"
Kid yelled while dodging a massive sword swing from Big Mom. "Sounds like that Yuta guy's having fun!"
Maki, panting and covered in dust, shot them both a glare. "Focus, idiots!"
Big Mom laughed maniacally, her hair crackling with electricity. "You brats are noisy! MAMA MAMA MAMA!" She swung Napoleon down, the shockwave shaking the ground even where Yuta and Kaido fought.
Back in Yuta's battlefield, Kaido roared and finally transformed into his hybrid form, scales shimmering under the moonlight. His body swelled with power, his horns lengthening, his club sparking with lightning. "Let's see you stand against this, brat!"
Yuta grinned. "Finally getting serious, huh? Took you long enough."
Kaido didn't answer—he just attacked.
Their weapons met mid-air, the impact blowing apart entire chunks of Onigashima's cliffs. Yuta skidded back, his hands shaking from the impact. "Damn, his raw strength's insane!"
Kaido swung again, roaring, "THUNDER BAGUA!"
Yuta barely dodged, appearing behind Kaido in a flicker of motion. "Nice swing—but too slow!" His punch connected with Kaido's ribs, the impact bursting like a bomb, sending Kaido flying across the sky.
Kaido crashed through several towers, but even as the dust cleared, his laughter echoed. "You're strong! But you're still not enough!"
Then, to Yuta's confusion, Kaido reached for his sake bottle.
"…Wait. Are you seriously drinking right now!?"
Kaido guzzled the entire thing in one go and wiped his mouth with a grin. "Fighting's more fun when drunk! Don't spoil the mood, brat!"
Kaido's eyes gleamed with wild joy, his aura flaring out even stronger. "Come on then! Let's drink and fight!"
Yuta sighed. "Fine. If that's how you want to play…" Yuta's smile bloom, he was only looking for a reason.
He reached into his coat and pulled out a bottle of the finest sake he'd been saving since Wano. "I was saving this for a celebration, but screw it."
He popped the cork and downed it in one go.
"AAAAHHH!" Yuta wiped his mouth, electricity flickering off his skin.
Dum Dum
Dum Dum Dum
Dum Dum Dum DUm Dum Dum Dum dum Dum
King's Engine roar once again and his world sway. Intoxication and fighting spirit rose within.
"Alright, now I'm drunk too!"
Kaido burst out laughing. "HAHAHA! That's the spirit!"
The two lunged at each other again, both tipsy but still terrifyingly powerful. The fight grew even more chaotic—Yuta missed a few punches and accidentally blew up half a fortress wall. Kaido tripped over a rock mid-charge but turned it into a spinning attack that leveled a mountain.
"You're spinning, old man!" Yuta yelled while blocking.
"That's my move now!" Kaido yelled back.
Their brawl looked more like a drunken festival than a fight between monsters. Each hit still carried enough power to destroy a mountain, but now both fighters were laughing, shouting nonsense, and punching each other through buildings.
At one point, Yuta threw Kaido into a sake store, and the dragon emerged holding another barrel.
"CHEERS!" Kaido yelled.
Yuta grabbed one too. "CHEERS!"
Both smashed barrels together—then used them as weapons, beating each other with them.
Even Law and Kid stopped mid-fight to stare from afar.
"…Are they fighting or drinking?" Kid muttered.
Law rubbed his temple. "Yes."
Big Mom blinked. "MAMA MAMA MAMA!"
Maki sighed. "Idiots. All of them."
Back in the chaos, Kaido and Yuta finally regained a bit of focus—just enough to start another real clash. Yuta's heartbeat boomed louder, shaking the ground. His body glowed faintly blue as shock energy gathered in his fists.
"Alright, old man… let's finish this!"
Kaido grinned, flames bursting around him. "Let's see you try, brat!"
They launched at each other one final time, their fists and club colliding with a roar that split the sky.
Lightning flashed. The entire island trembled.
The shockwave tore through Onigashima, knocking soldiers and pirates off their feet, splitting the clouds above in half.
And when the smoke cleared—both Yuta and Kaido were standing, bloodied, battered, and grinning from ear to ear.
Kaido laughed, his voice echoing through the night. "HAHAHAHA! Now this… this is a real fight!"
Yuta smirked, wiping blood from his lip. "You bet your scaly ass it is."
Then, both at once—"ANOTHER ROUND!"
